Steve Fulgham, formerly one of the principals of La Cresta Development tells us that building on the Plateau is different than building anywhere else. “Many of our parcels are riddled with granite boulders. Others have problems percolating. Some are located in endangered species habitats with special limitations. Still others have easement issues, boggy areas, access problems or are just down-right difficult. While these sound like monstrous issues, we say it is all part of building in this paradise and worth every effort!”
